Families & School Together

Families and Schools Together is a parent involvement program in which whole families gather, usually within a school, and participate in specific, fun-filled, research-based activities designed to respect and support parents and strenghten bonds between families, schools and community.Volunteer opportunities include:

• program participation - assisting with recreation and crafts

• program set-up, food preparation and clean-up

• shopping and creating family gift baskets

• organizing program supplies

F&ST provides an excellent opportunity for high-school community volunteer hours.
