• Support practical, creative and efficient methods of evaluating programs in collaboration with service providers and participants

• Bring a unique perspective and understanding of how research can be utilized to improve services

• Ensure program and organizational accountability 

Program Development & Design

• Identify and pursue programs that have proven and demonstrated positive results for individuals, families and the community

Resource Development

• Seek out funding and partnership opportunities which contribute to program development and excellence

Strategic Planning

• Participate in long range planning exercises and make evaluative information available for organizational decisions

Communication

• Encourage greater utilization of evaluation information
• Share research and new learning with service providers and broader community to inspire action and positive change in the current practices
